At Pierce Fits, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our refund and return guidelines below:

Returns

  • We accept returns on products within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be made by contacting our customer support team. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Note: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, and any intimate wear may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchasing.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. As we only accept cash on delivery.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Return and re-shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or refund.
  • Photos of the defective item and packaging will be required for verification.
